A celebration of Cookie's life will take place at Sunderland Crematorium on Thursday 6th May 2021 at 11:00am.
Due to the current restrictions, only 30 mourners are permitted to attend, invites on who can attend will follow from Cookie's family. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CREMATORIUM UNLESS INVITED BY THE FAMILY. Live streaming will be available for those who cannot attend to watch from home. Details on how to access this are below.
Anyone wishing to pay their final respects can do so by safely lining the route his cortege will take. It will leave from his home in Dene Court, Washington Village at approx. 10:30am and travel past the Black Bush Pub, down to Church on the Hill before making its way to the Crematorium.
